If your company is not a Corporate Member of BACnet International, you can create a FREE Individual Membership account to be added to our communication distribution list and/or be able to register for our events. Individual Memberships do not expire. This membership level is open to all individuals not associated with a corporate member company, but are interested in BACnet and the building automation community.

Students are eligible for membership while in school and with a valid .edu email address. After graduation, students can transfer their student membership to individual membership. To transfer your membership type, please contact us at info@bacnetinternational.org.

Education Institution memberships are available for non-profit schools that offer building automation studies to their students. These memberships are FREE and do not expire.

BACnet International offers a range of corporate membership tiers:

Platinum, Sub-Brand Platinum, Gold, Silver: Open to all manufacturers and OEMs of BACnet software, hardware or related services

Corporate Affiliate: Open to manufacturers and OEMs that support the BACnet global community through substantive membership in BACnet Interest Groups headquartered outside of the United States and for whom Silver, Gold, and Platinum are not appropriate.
